|Recommended: YesGet what you pay — Great ward and lots of activities. Very social and you literally know everyone in the complex. Not a bad place to live.
|Recommended: NoFar from campus, not clear service — It does not have great facilities. There is only 1 fridge and 1 bathroom for 6 residents. Even if none of the tenants use the cable, the apartment is still charged for it. Maintenance only comes if the problem is marked as emergency. Being on the bottom level, the upstairs residents can be heard moving around.
The staff are nice. The community and the ward are fantastic
|Recommended: YesGood. — It is a great place to live.
|Recommended: NoThe AC smells like mold. — I would tell them that the AC smells like mold and to never turn it on. And to not live here during the summer. I'm sure it's great during the winter.
|Recommended: NoCrappy apartments — The only reason I would move back here is for the ward, the actual living conditions are crappy.
response from property -Sorry to hear that Jill, we saw you just a few days ago and you seemed to be pretty happy to us, we really like you. If there is anything on our side we can help with just let us know. :)
|Recommended: NoPretty old and cheap, not well maintained. — This place is really not a nice place. It's okay though because they're prices really aren't that high, so you get what you pay for. But there are some things that are seriously just cheap. For example, pretty sure the blinds are 40 years old. Some panes are broken so they just stick them back in upside down and reuse them. You have to share a vacuum with another apartment...really You should definitely be able to afford vacuums for every apartment. All of the cupboards look like they were put together by a 4 year old, the handles are all off center and don't line up with the ones above or below it. There is a huge hole in our bottom cupboard that leads into the foundation of the apartment...like dirt, cement, mice and other critters, mold...that is just simply not acceptable. We put our dishes down there They also and this is a big one do not have enough parking for their tenants...that is kind of a joke, that's kind of something ya kinda gotta have if you're going to charge us for parking.
So all in all, super cheap place in every sense of the word. Come here only if you want to save money. The upside though is that really great people live here and the ward is awesome. The bishopric is phenomenal. That's about it though.
Shoot Casey! We wish we would have known about the condition of your apartment. :( Your feedback is super important to us so we can get things up to par! Thank you for your constructive feedback we will definitely try our best to figure something out for the parking situation and that hold in your cabinet.
|Recommended: YesGREAT PLACE to live for the BEST PRICE around — This is a great place to live Don't let the price fool you, it is cheap because the buildings are a little older, not because it is bad quality. It fills up quick, so if you are thinking to buy, act quickly or someone else will take it. A great place for any RM who served in a third world country, best price and you still feel like you're in heaven. If yo don't have a car, transportation is not an issue. You have a great ward, and also the Ryde bus which is all that you need. Definitely recommend this place
|Recommended: YesCentennial 2 — I really love the atmosphere at Centennial ll. Everyone is friendly and outgoing, the staff and maintenance are super on top of it, and overall it is such a fun place to live. Plus it's at a incredible price I have really loved my experience here at Centennial ll.
|Recommended: YesGreat value. — This is a great place to be if you're on a budget. Aesthetically, the apartments are lacking and the sleeping quarters are quite small, but for how much we pay, it's all well worth it. All of the neighbors are great. I have enjoyed my experience here at Centennial II. One complaint that I have is the parking. During the day, there is enough space but if you come home after 8 you are doomed to park a quarter mile down the street and walk home.
Andrew,
You are right about parking being difficult. We are hoping next year we will have something up our sleeves to help aid this issue. Thank you for feed back!
|Recommended: YesGreat price, Great people. — It's a pretty social and you get to know people pretty quickly. It's not the prettiest place but it's decent and maintenance has done a pretty good job at getting things done on time when we really needed it. it's a great deal for the price.
|Recommended: YesKinda crappy. BUT I LOVE IT — I mean it's not the best place. The sinks and ovens kinda suck. But it's great and I really want to stay here forever I don't really know why maybe the people or my great job right across the street combined with the fact that I don't care about personal matters really. But it's great I love it
|Recommended: NoParking is great — Parking is great here at Centennial. Definitely a plus
Thanks!
|Recommended: YesI Love Centennial 2 — Honestly, it is not the nicest place that I have ever stayed at. However, it is perfect for me and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The people are wonderful and the living is nice.
Thanks Whitney!
|Recommended: YesYou Get What You Pay For — This is a nice place to live, but you are definitely getting what you pay for. I have enjoyed my time living here thus far.
Thanks for the feedback Abby!
|Recommended: YesAwesome community — I really enjoy living here Honestly it isn't the fanciest, nicest place there is, so if you are looking for something super nice this isn't it. But if you are looking for a place that is within budget with awesome people this is the place Because of the way everything is set up it is really easy to make friends and feel like you are a part of a community. So for me it feels like home.
Thanks for the review Rona!
