submitted by Lindsey L. - |Recommended: YesVery Social place to live — I've been here for about 1 and a half months now and so far it's been the best experience for apartments that I've had in my college career. It's an old place and the rooms are small but the environment outside is super awesome and it's really easy to get to know others in the ward. It's been a really good experience
response from property -Thanks for an AWESOME review Lindsey! Tenant happiness is our number one responsibility.

There are plenty of places to park and the rooms are comfortable. There isn't a lot of damage to the rooms so it is nice to stay in. In our apartment there are ants that are everywhere but they are tiny and manageable.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback Rob! You can also put in a maintenance request for those ants :)

The apartments are older and have common problems that one might expect with an older building but the office staff are usually pretty helpful. It is a steal for the price you pay.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback Brianne! :)

They're not the fanciest apartments but you'll get air conditioning, a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Our dishwasher has been having trouble but the other appliances all work fine. There's only one bathroom for six people, which might be a problem for some but it has been just fine for us. The fridge can get a little cramped sometimes and there's not as much storage space as some other apartments but it's still a pretty good amount. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, which is great. Overall, not the swankiest but not bad.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback Morgan. :)

The apartments are pretty small and crowded, but it's nothing too bad. The location is good, close to mos things without being right in the middle of them so you don't have to deal with all of that traffic. Who wouldn't love living next to Little Caesar's though
response from property -Thanks for the feedback William!

There is a little atrium in the middle of all the apartments and there is always something going on, games, barbecues, campfires, movie nights. Maintenance is SO responsive. When we moved in, the apartment wasn't SUPER clean actually 100 terrible. With it being an older apartment it is almost necessary to get a cleaning company in to clean it. But when we put in a request to have specific parts cleaned they were respectful and cleaned it. Totally reasonable for the price. Also the parking is BOMB. 10 all year for a parking pass and there is ALWAYS a close spot. Also, the bus stop to BYU is just across the street so super convenient Definitely recommend this place. The management is on site so it is easy to get a hold of people and ask questions. Super fun people and totally love this apartment. Here to stay for sure
response from property -Thanks for the feedback!

This is probably one of the cheapest prices you are going to find in Provo. Considering the relatively cheap price, it's not going to be the best apartment in Provo, but I can't complain, because I'm saving money, and this is 10x better than anything I had on my mission for two years. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. During move in week, I was displeased with my mattress, so I submitted a replacement request. Within 48 hours during their busiest time of the year, they had it replaced with a nice, brand new one. Also there is always open parking right next to the building, and there's a free Ryde BYU busstop right across the street. In addition, I enjoy the inner courtyard setup where all of the apartments are facing inward because it creates a more social environment. Considering what I'm paying, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone else.
response from property -Thanks Mitch!
